Everything you need to know before booking your hibachi party.

$55 per adult, $30 per child (ages 5–13), and children under 4 are always free. All events have a $550 minimum. Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated by your chef.
Every guest receives a side salad, fried rice, hibachi vegetables, and 2 protein choices. A live fire show performance is included with every single event at no extra charge.
Guests choose 2 proteins from: Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Scallop, Salmon, and Tofu. Premium upgrades include Filet Mignon (+$5) and Lobster Tail (+$10). Extra protein orders are $15 each.
After booking, you'll receive instructions for submitting your final headcount and protein choices. Please submit your final order at least 5–10 days before your event.
A guarantee deposit of 20%–30% is required to secure your booking date. This is applied toward your total event cost.
Please set up tables and chairs, and provide plates, utensils, and drinks for your guests. We bring the chef, hibachi grill, and all ingredients. We cook outdoors only — please ensure a safe, dry outdoor cooking area.
No. Everlasting Hibachi is an outdoor hibachi show. All cooking is done outdoors. We bring the party to your backyard, patio, vacation rental outdoor area, or any open outdoor space.
Yes! Tofu is available as a protein choice at the standard per-person rate. Additional vegetables can be added as needed.
